ABOUT US

Transition Sports Management Ltd was founded in 2019 by industry professionals with over 20 years experience in Professional Football. We are a FIFA Licensed and FA Registered global player agency representing professionals from over a dozen nations who compete in the very best leagues around the World.

Initially operating in the Mens game, we were one of the first agencies to be active in Womens market and have contributed in no small measure to the growing professionalism in the Women's game. Our network now extends to all four corners of the Earth, bringing together talent and clubs from a diverse array of backgrounds.

Historically as an agency we've negotiated some of biggest deals in Women's Football such as Ji So-yun's arrival in NWSL, and helped to bring overseas talent to the WSL such as Lee Geummin's move to Manchester City and Cho Sohyun to West Ham. We continue to help navigate the career path of players like Izzy Rodriguez to reach the USWNT, and manage the current and emerging talent of countries such as Australia, England, Mexico, Nigeria, Norway, Scotland, and Wales.

We are a football first agency who treat every player as an individual. We work with you to ensure the best career guidance & growth in order to maximise on the field potential. In addition to contract negotiations, we provide a network of media & commercial opportunities for a complete career as a professional footballer.
